Two men arrested for throwing rocks, beer bottles onto I-71

Two men have been arrested after authorities said they were throwing objects onto Interstate 71 last week.According to court records, 23-year-old Shakim Hail and 19-year-old Keneth Blackwell were seen throwing large rocks and beer bottles while on the overpass of E. 11th Avenue and I-71 north on April 8.A driver on I-71 saw the two men throwing objects and had to apply his brakes to avoid being hit.Both men admitted to police they were throwing objects but said they were not trying to strike any
