Two charged in double homicide on Far East Side

The deadly encounter at a rental-car parking lot on the Far East Side was captured by a security camera Tuesday. That's part of the reason why Columbus police homicide detectives were able to arrest, within a day, a man and woman in the shooting deaths of two men. Connor C. Jeffries, 21, and Mia V. Shamis, 19, who live at the same address on Alliston Drive in Violet Township, have each been charged with two counts of murder.
