Trucker charged in Delaware couple’s Rt. 36 crash deaths

DELAWARE, Ohio — Police have charged a Tuscarawas County truck driver in the traffic deaths of a Delaware couple last month. Jeremy Sloan, 36, of Sugarcreek, was charged on Tuesday with two counts of vehicular manslaughter and one count of failing to stop at a traffic light. The charges are misdemeanors.
