Trooper injured in wrong-way crash in Morrow County reportedly 'awake and alert'

An Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper who was seriously injured following a wrong-way crash in June is reportedly showing signs of improvement.The Ohio Going Blue Facebook page posted an update on Saturday, saying Trooper Jason Phillips is "awake and alert."The post goes on to say Phillips has a speaking valve and said "Mom" three times.
