Tressel tat-tipster lawyer faces misconduct charges for fourth time

Suspended Columbus lawyer Christopher Cicero faces a fourth professional-misconduct case before the Ohio Supreme Court, with only one additional punishment that the justices can impose. Cicero, who tipped off then-Ohio State University football coach Jim Tressel to his players' memorabilia-for-tattoos scandal, was accused today of practicing law without a license.
