Trash-talking Columbus officer likely to be reprimanded

A Columbus police officer could soon receive a written reprimand after his comments about abusive force he would have used to complete an arrest were caught on his own body camera earlier this month. The chain of command for Officer Joseph Bogard, 32, found that he engaged in unbecoming conduct when he made statements about choking Timothy D. Davis, 31, of the South Side, according to a 39-page internal investigative report.
