Tour recreates when holidays centered around Downtown

It's been decades since streetcars traversed Columbus and Downtown was the place people gravitated to around the holidays. On Saturday, the Discovery District brought both of them back. The neighborhood on the east side of Downtown used nostalgia and replica street trolleys as a way to reintroduce families to an area in the midst of a revitalization that's been years in the making.
