Tornado warning in effect for parts of central Ohio

All of central Ohio is under a tornado watch through 8 p.m. Tuesday and a flash flood watch until 2 a.m. Wednesday, the National Weather Service says. As of 4:30 p.m., it was tranquil in central Ohio but a line of storms was passing through the Dayton area and barreling along Interstate 70 toward Columbus.
