Top assistant prosecutor forced out in Fairfield County

The top assistant prosecutor in Fairfield County Prosecutor Gregg Marx’s office resigned today after several former employees complained that he harassed them. Marx said in a news release that he asked for and received the resignation of Jeff Hunter. Marx also announced he was making changes in how he manages the office. How Marx manages his employees has become an issue as he faces an opponent in the Republican primary in March.
