Three state agencies improperly paid OT to employees

Three state agencies, notably the Department of Youth Services, improperly paid overtime to 38 non-eligible supervisors and other employees in recent years, Ohio's inspector general found. A pair of reports released this morning by the office of Inspector General Randall J. Meyer found "wrongful acts" in violation of state law and policy in the award of OT pay.
