Three major Ohio State projects over budget even before they start

Ohio State University officials are keeping a close eye on three major building projects that are running over budget before construction has even begun. Jay Kasey, senior vice president for administration and planning, said on Thursday that administrators won’t ask for any construction money “until we understand these numbers.”
