Threat prompts brief evacuation at Jonathan Alder High School

MADISON COUNTY – A written threat on a bathroom wall caused Jonathan Alder High School to evacuate Friday.School officials say the note was found around noon. Students and staff were evacuated from the facility into buses on school grounds.The Madison County Sheriff’s Office was called to investigate and sweep of the building.Authorities have not released what was written on the note but has lifted the evacuation.This incident remains under investigation.
