Thousands without power in Franklin County

FRANKLIN COUNTY - The American Electric Power is reporting more than 1,000 customers are without power in Franklin County.AEP's power outage map shows over 1,200 customers are without power in Franklin County.Restoration for the power is expected to be 8 a.m., according to AEP.AEP customers can check the status of outages by clicking here.
