Thousands of AEP customers lose power in central Ohio

COLUMBUS - Crews with American Electrical Power responded to scattered outages across central Ohio Thursday morning.Nearly 7,000 customers were without power in Franklin County.AEP says crews are working to repair the outages but did not provide an estimated time for restoration.AEP Outage Map: Click here to see the latest outages Earlier this morning, a power line fell across Interstate 70, causing local power outages.
