Thousands in Ohio without power from overnight storms

Overnight storms knocked out power for more than 25,000 Ohio customers early Thursday, as rains caused flooding in low-lying areas throughout central Ohio. Sporadic flooding was reported throughout the region, especially in underpasses and roadways near creeks and streams.
