Thomas Bleile, of Norwalk, was one of two recipients selected to receive the Dr. Eli Crew Community Service Excellence Award during the Ohio Hospital Association's Annual Recognition Banquet on Tuesday, June 14 in Columbus. Fisher-Titus Medical Center nominated Bleile of Norwalk in February for the award.
