Third-year student picked to be the next drum major of TBDBITL

Six Ohio State University students tried out, but only one was picked to be the drum major for the Best Damn Band In The Land.The candidates gathered near Lincoln Park Tower Saturday.One by one they showed off their skills with family, friends and judges watching and measuring every move."There's nothing like try out nerves," Konner Barr, a third-year student from Gahanna, said."I woke up this morning and just had butterflies in the stomach."After the tryout the nerves calmed a bit and each cand
