Third inmate who escaped correctional facility in Nelsonville captured

The last of three prisoners who escaped the SEPTA Correctional Facility in Nelsonville has been captured.The Delaware Police confirmed Troy Byrd was taken into custody Tuesday after a vehicular pursuit.Police said Byrd was reportedly sighted as a passenger in a vehicle near the Dollar General Store on London Road.Officers located the vehicle and attempted to stop it but the driver failed to yield.The pursuit continued into Union County near the US 42 and US 33 interchange after the vehicle's tir
