Thieves can prey on holiday deliveries

Sue Bissell stared out the window of her Clintonville home, taking a break from her sewing project. She saw a man park on the street and walk up her driveway. She expected a knock on her door, but she heard nothing. She opened the door just in time to see the man walking away carrying packages that had been left outside her door.
