FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ohio - One lane of southbound Interstate 71 is closed in southern Franklin County after a crash involving a deputy's cruiser.The Franklin County Sheriff's Office tells 10TV a deputy was assisting a disabled semi-truck on the interstate.
