These turkeys can be thankful

MARYSVILLE — Like most Americans, the Godwin family will have a turkey on their Thanksgiving table. But it won’t be edible. After taking photos on Sunday of her son Noah, 8, visiting with several of the turkeys at the Sunrise Sanctuary near Marysville, Debbie Godwin, a vegan, came up with a different plan for Thursday.
