The family of an Ohio State student who was found dead earlier this month has a released a statement regarding her death.The parents and sister of Reagan Tokes released a statement Friday night thanking the community for their support during a difficult time.The letter also mentions that the family said they will find a way to make a difference for victims of terrible crimes."The system is flawed and changes need and will happen as a result of this senseless tragedy.We will work our entire lives
