Tests show elevated lead levels in second Licking County school district

Tests at Heath school buildings detected elevated lead levels in some drinking water, the district announced Monday. Water obtained from a drinking fountain at Heath Middle School and a kitchen sink at Garfield Elementary School showed lead levels well above 15 parts per billion — the highest level recommended by the Environmental Protection Agency.
