Tests find Legionella bacteria in Rhodes Tower water system

Testing reveals Legionella bacteria was present in the water system at the Rhodes State Office Tower prior to a state employee contracting Legionnaires' disease. Department of Administrative Services spokesman Tom Hoyt said testing found Legionella bacteria at three locations in the building with only one causing concern - in a men's shower in the basement.
