Term limits compel Ohio legislators’ bids to swap Senate, House seats

The primary-election season won’t be a quiet one around the Statehouse, with a number of legislators looking to jump seats, many of them to avoid being pushed out of the legislature by term limits. Some legislators have extended their Statehouse careers well beyond the voter-approved eight-year term limits by switching chambers.
