Teen killed after wrong-way driver hits multiple vehicles on U.S. 23 in Pickaway County

PICKAWAY COUNTY, Ohio - Two people are dead after a crash involving a wrong-way driver in Pickaway County, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.On Saturday, at 10:42 p.m. a state trooper was headed southbound on U.S. 23 when he noticed a wrong-way driver coming towards him.
