Teen hit by car in Whitehall

East Broad Street in Whitehall has reopened to traffic after a 13 year old was hit by a car earlier this morning.Whitehall police investigators says the teen now is listed in stable condition after he was struck in the area of Parklawn Boulevard and East Broad Street..The vehicle's driver did remain at the scene.Stay with 10TV and refresh at 10TV.com for updates on this story.
