Bengals fanatic Tom Magin discovered last week that he might have put down roots on the wrong side of the Franklin-Licking county line. Magin lives in one of the farthest-flung eastern reaches of Columbus, which means some of his city and county tax dollars might soon be going to the Cleveland Browns, whose training camp probably is coming to Columbus beginning in 2018.
