Teacher reinstated after charges dropped in husband's death

A second-grade Ohio teacher accused of running over her husband while their two children were in the car has her job back after charges against her were dropped. A spokesman for the Pickerington Local School District in suburban Columbus says 40-year-old Angela Luke was reinstated Thursday.
