Tattooed bank robber, girlfriend land in prison

A man who robbed a Savings Bank in Pickaway County and then posted photos all over Facebook of him holding the loot is back in prison. John Mogan II, who Internet posters not so kindly labeled “the world’s dumbest criminal” after his posts went viral and he was quickly arrested, pleaded guilty in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court last week to robbery and theft charges for the Aug. 24 heist at the bank in Ashville.
