Systems restored at Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles

COLUMBUS - All systems have been restored at the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles Wednesday morning.Drivers were unable to get their licenses and plates during the outage.According to a Facebook post around 1 p.m., all services are now available.
