SWAT situation ends at Westerville apartment complex; suspect in custody

WESTERVILLE, Ohio – A man is in custody after a barricade situation unfolded at an apartment complex in Westerville.Multiple law enforcement agencies responded to the scene Thursday morning.Sunbury Police was called to an altercation overnight in Sunbury.
