SWAT investigation ends with man arrested at home in eastern Franklin County

FRANKLIN COUNTY — The Franklin County Sheriff's Office SWAT team arrested a man Sunday after a standoff at a home located on Havens Road in Jefferson Township.Deputies were called to a house located in the 6800 block at 6:56 a.m. after reports of a man with a gun in the driveway.The man left the driveway and kicked in the back door of the home where his ex-girlfriend and two children were inside, according to Deputy Chief Jim Gilbert.The woman and children removed from the home by members
