SWACO trying to keep trash from landfill

When the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio started dumping trash in a new section of the county’s landfill a year ago, dirty diapers, rotting food and broken furniture went in a giant hole 35 feet deep. Soon enough, you’ll be able to see the Downtown skyline from the top of that heap in southwestern Franklin County.
