Suspect killed in officer-involved shooting in Franklinton

COLUMBUS - Columbus Police say they shot and killed an armed suspect during a SWAT situation in west Columbus.Police say they responded to a call of shots fired at a duplex on West State Street in the Franklinton neighborhood around 10:30 p.m. Saturday night. The response developed into a SWAT barricade situation.Officers say the suspect inside the home made a threatening gesture with a gun from a second-story window.
