Suspect in slaying of West High student is arrested

A man charged in the March 20 fatal shooting of a teenager in Franklin Township has been arrested. Tyler J. Schailey, 19, of Brent Boulevard on the West Side, was arrested overnight by Franklin County sheriff’s deputies, according to the sheriff’s office.
