Suspect in Ohio State student's murder waives right to speedy trial

The man accused of raping and killing an Ohio State student, and robbing six other people in south Columbus was back in court for the first time since pleading not guilty last week.Brian Golsby waived his right to a speedy trial Wednesday.The judge ordered Golsby to be held without bond.Golsby has been in custody since February 11.
