Suspect in fatal Ross County shooting arrested in Columbus

Authorities have arrested a man wanted in connection with two shootings in Ross County on Tuesday.The Ross County Sheriff’s Office confirmed 31-year-old Jeffrey Ryan Holsinger was arrested in Columbus around 10 p.m.Deputies said they were called to a shooting in the 800 block of Rapid Forge Road around 3 p.m.The victim was life-flighted to a local hospital in Columbus.The victim identified Holsinger as the shooter to authorities.Police received another call around 7:45 p.m. on the report o
