Survey: Columbus top Midwest city for visitor satisfaction

Columbus tourism officials have long said their biggest challenge is a lack of image with people outside the state; once here, visitors are wowed by all the city has to offer. A new first-of-its-kind survey out today from well-known research firm J.D. Power seems to prove that point: Columbus placed first in the Midwest for visitor satisfaction, and in the top 10 overall in the country among the nation's top 50 cities.
