Suit aims at Brice’s ticketing powers

The village of Brice has until Monday to respond to a class-action lawsuit that accuses it of illegally collecting money from traffic tickets. The suit in Franklin County Common Pleas Court seeks to return all of the money the village has collected from drivers under its civil-violations system.
