Study envisions Columbus convention center a district,a hotel expansions

The notion of a convention district Downtown, one that includes expansion of the Hyatt Regency or the Hilton Columbus Downtown, is under consideration, based on a new study done for Experience Columbus. That study, conducted in conjunction with architecture and planning firm NBBJ, has revived the idea of adding on to either of the two hotels connected to the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
