Stuck Newark motorists can see interchange coming to Rt. 16

For years, drivers traveling along Rt. 16 in Licking County have slowed to a halt for the traffic light at Cherry Valley Road, with cars often backed up in bumper-to-bumper traffic during rush hour. But now as motorists make their daily crawl through the intersection, they see the start of an interchange project that’s expected to speed their commute.
