Story time hero at Whetstone library retires after 3,000 readings

Sam Pathy starts every toddler story time the same way — with a little magic dust. He takes a basket filled with the imaginary stuff and spreads it around the room at the Whetstone branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library to make sure all the boys and girls are good listeners. It’s worked for each of the 3,000 story times he’s led during his 27 years with the library system.
