Stop signs to replace yield at Ohio rail crossings

Yield signs at hundreds of railroad crossings across Ohio soon will be replaced with stop signs in an effort to increase safety. The change follows a provision in the 2013 state transportation budget that required stop signs at certain railroad crossings.
