Stolen-car count spikes in central Ohio

A steady drop in the number of cars reported stolen in central Ohio came to an end in 2015. There were 4,230 cars stolen in the region last year, according to a report released on Monday by the National Insurance Crime Bureau. That's up 14 percent from 2014.
