State spreads $11.5 million from road salt price-fixing settlement

Franklin County government agencies will receive about $357,000 out of an $11.5 million settlement with two road-salt companies the state accused of colluding to fix prices for nearly a decade. Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced the local government distributions this morning.
