State representative silenced during debate on Ohio's Stand Your Ground bill

Not since anyone can remember, the House Speaker became so frustrated with a State Representative on the House floor he cut off her microphone preventing the lawmaker from finishing her speech.House Speaker Ryan Smith had gaveled State Representative Stephanie Howse (D-Cleveland) to stop using the names of other lawmakers as she was going down a list of bill sponsors whose districts have smaller African-American populations compared to whites.The debate was over the so-called "Stand Your Ground"
