State lawmakers end session without passing tax exemption for Nationwide Arena

The Franklin County Convention Facilities Authority will fight to lower the $143.4 million value of Nationwide Arena after state legislators recessed for the summer without exempting the home of the Blue Jackets from paying its taxes.
