State investigators say video shows Ohio man "bearbaiting"

A southern Ohio man, who holds a permit to own a bear is now facing criminal charges.The case involves what's called "bearbaiting."Drone surveillance video was obtained by 10TV through a public information request.The Franklin County Sheriff's Department shot the video in November of last year.The video shows a wire-enclosed fence and several hunting dogs being sent into the cage.
