State Fair recipes: Blue ribbons rain down in statewide baking, cooking competitions

Judy Sandman of Columbus booted her visiting children and grandchildren out of the house for a day to get her loaves of wheat bread baked and delivered to the fair on time. Jennifer Crisman of Streetsboro made no fewer than three trips to Columbus to drop off entries she baked at her Portage County home in northeastern Ohio.
